Free visibility checks
The check stores your public website, the service and market you enter, the check time, and the resulting sample answers and sources. Buyer prompts are sent to OpenAI for automated answers with live web search. Your website is compared with those answers. Do not submit private information in these fields. Checks may be reused for up to 24 hours. Results describe a sample and are not a universal ChatGPT rank.
After recording the recommendation answer, the check may read the public homepage of your website and up to two recommended alternatives. Cloudflare’s public DNS service is used to check the destination addresses. Selected homepage headlines, client-proof links and page-indexing instructions are stored with the result. These reads do not forward your contact-form details or authentication credentials to the websites.
Guidance and contact requests
The form collects your name, email, website, optional phone number, any message or visibility-check context, your consent, source page, and submission time. Guidance details are saved before the booking calendar is loaded. With your consent, I may email you or call the number you provide about this specific request even if you do not complete a booking. Submitting does not subscribe you to a newsletter or a general marketing sequence.
Calendly booking
After your guidance request has been saved, Calendly loads to let you choose a time. Your name and email are prefilled, and a request identifier is used to associate the booking journey. Calendly handles availability, booking details, and confirmation messages under its own privacy policy. This website records when the calendar opens and when its embed reports a booking; that report is not independent verification that the meeting remains booked. Opening Calendly in another tab may not report a booking back to this site.
Storage and access
Records are stored through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. The website’s lead inbox and saved visibility-check records require the owner’s signed-in account. Contact and guidance requests may also be displayed in our access-controlled Scalez CRM to handle your enquiry; CRM membership is verified before these requests can be read. This browser may temporarily remember your latest check in session storage to connect it with your guidance request; closing the tab clears that session.
Abuse prevention
Forms use spam-trap fields and server-side submission limits. Live checks also have a daily limit. Connection identifiers are hashed for rate limiting; raw IP addresses are not saved to the lead database.
Media and external services
Fonts load from Google Fonts. Playing the testimonial loads video hosted by Framer; the original video can also be viewed on Loom. Calendly loads only when the booking stage opens. These providers receive the connection details needed to serve their content. No advertising pixels or analytics scripts have been added to this version.
